Scope
This notice applies to the public Saye Consulting website and messages prepared through the email links and contact form on this site. A separate client engagement, client portal, or other service may involve additional information and will be governed by the applicable agreement and any notice provided with that service.
Information we receive
Messages and contact requests. The contact form can include your name, email address, company, selected topic, and anything you choose to write. The form does not submit those details to a website database. It assembles a message locally and opens it in your email application. We receive the information only if you send that email.
Correspondence and business records. If you contact us, we receive your message, reply address, and any later correspondence. If we begin working together, we may retain engagement, billing, and service records as needed to perform the work and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Please do not put passwords, Social Security numbers, payment card information, health information, or other highly sensitive information into a website form or introductory email.
What the site stores in your browser
Two preferences are kept in your browser using local storage. They remain on your device and are not sent to Saye by the website.
- Your theme. Whether you chose the light or dark appearance.
- Your selected perspective. Which pressure you picked on the home page, so the page can show the same pathway if you return.
Clearing site data in your browser removes both preferences. Neither is intended to identify you.
Technical information and service providers
Like most websites, the hosting and content delivery infrastructure may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, request date and time, requested page, referring page, browser or device information, and security events. Infrastructure providers may keep limited logs under their own terms and legal obligations.
The site loads typefaces through Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests a stylesheet and font files from Google. Google therefore receives technical information associated with that request. Your email provider and ours process messages you choose to send.
Analytics
No analytics service or advertising tracker is enabled by this build, and the website does not currently set an analytics cookie. If that changes, this notice will be updated and appropriate notice and choices will be provided before or when the new collection begins, as required.
How we use information

We may also disclose information as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising or use it to build advertising profiles. We do not add an inquiry to a marketing list unless the person separately asks to receive marketing communications.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry and correspondence records only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a working relationship, maintain necessary business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or meet legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the record and why it is held.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No email, website, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use care when deciding what to send.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to ask whether we hold personal information about you, request access or a copy, request correction or deletion, or appeal a decision about a request. You may make a request by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children
This business website is intended for founders, executives, and other adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the site.
United States processing
Saye Operating LLC is based in the United States. If you contact us from another country, the information you send may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location.
Changes
We may update this notice as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date above will identify the current version. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
