Accessibility statement
This site is built to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, and reduced motion. Where something falls short we would rather hear about it than have you work around it.
What we are aiming for
Saye Consulting targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, at level AA. That target covers every page on this site.
What is in place
- Semantic HTML with one main heading per page and headings in order
- A skip link to the main content, hidden until it receives keyboard focus
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- Text contrast at or above 4.5 to 1 in both the light and dark themes
- Interactive controls sized for touch, at least 44 pixels tall
- Layouts that remain usable at 200 percent text enlargement without horizontal scrolling
- A written equivalent beside every diagram, so no information exists only as a picture
- Decorative connectors and graphics hidden from assistive technology
- Status never carried by colour alone; a word always accompanies it
- Motion that respects your reduced motion preference, with no information lost when it is off
- Forms with real labels, a live status region, and no reliance on placeholder text
- No autoplaying audio or video, and no content that flashes
Known limitations
We would rather name these than leave you to find them.
- The operating model on the home page is an interactive diagram. It requires scripting. Without scripting, the five pressures become plain links and the full model remains readable as a list, but the diagram itself does not appear.
- The management dashboard example contains wide tables that scroll horizontally inside their own container on narrow screens.
- Calls are arranged by email. The contact form prepares a message in the visitor's email application rather than transmitting information or booking a time through the site.
- This site has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist, and it has not been tested against every combination of browser and assistive technology.

Tell us the page, and your browser and assistive technology if you know them. We will reply and give you the information you were after by another route while we fix the cause.

Anything on this site can be provided by email in a plain text or accessible document format on request, at no charge.
This statement describes the state of the site at the time of writing. It is reviewed whenever the site changes materially.
